Veg franky

Veg Franky (3-4 People)

INGREDIENTS


Cabbage (1 bowl chopped)
Carrot (1 bowl carrot)
Capsicum (1 bowl capsicum)
Onion       (1 bowl onion)
Green chili (4 pcs.)
Oil (2 Tbsp.)
Black pepper
Salt to taste



Method

Filling
  • Take a pan pour oil into the Pan and add green chilli & onion into it.
  • Now add capsicum ,cabbage and carrot into it.
  • Now add salt & pepper into it.
  • Cook for 15 minutes and cover the lid.

Base

Make a dough of normal Parathas by applying butter and stance from both the sides & make 8 Parathas , now add filling into the Parathas.

Serve it in a Plate along with ketchup.
