Maggi mix (Serve For 3-4)
























INGREDIENTS


  • Cabbage (1 small bowl)
  • Carrot (1 small bowl)
  • Onion (1 small bowl)
  • Capsicum(1 small bowl)
  • Paneer (1 small pc.)
  • Oil (2tbsp.)
  • Salt to taste
  • Maggi Noodles (2 pkt.)
  • Garlic(half pc.)
  • Ginger (4-5 cloves)
  • Green chilli (4-5 pc.)
  • Red chilli (3-4 pcs.)
  • Lemon (1 pc.)



Method

  • Make a thick paste of garlic , ginger and red chilli (Red paste).
  •  Take a pan pour oil into the pan add green chilli ,onion,capsicum,cabbage ,carrot& salt cook all on a high flame for 5-7 min.
  •   Now add paste red paste once it is cooked add maggi masala & lemon.
  •   Boil Maggi separately ,strain the maggi and put some cold water on maggi
  •  Now add boiled Maggi into the pan mix well .
  •  Garnish with paneer & serve hot.
