Maggi mix (Serve For 3-4)
INGREDIENTS
- Cabbage (1 small bowl)
- Carrot (1 small bowl)
- Onion (1 small bowl)
- Capsicum(1 small bowl)
- Paneer (1 small pc.)
- Oil (2tbsp.)
- Salt to taste
- Maggi Noodles (2 pkt.)
- Garlic(half pc.)
- Ginger (4-5 cloves)
- Green chilli (4-5 pc.)
- Red chilli (3-4 pcs.)
- Lemon (1 pc.)
Method
- Make a thick paste of garlic , ginger and red chilli (Red paste).
- Take a pan pour oil into the pan add green chilli ,onion,capsicum,cabbage ,carrot& salt cook all on a high flame for 5-7 min.
- Now add paste red paste once it is cooked add maggi masala & lemon.
- Boil Maggi separately ,strain the maggi and put some cold water on maggi
- Now add boiled Maggi into the pan mix well .
- Garnish with paneer & serve hot.
