How to make pasta in Red sauce
For : (3-4 People)
Pasta in Red sauce Ingredients
Tomato : 4 medium size
Capsicum :1 big pc.
Sweet corn - 1 Bowl
Green peas : 1 Bowl
Cabbage : 1 Bowl (Chopped)
Carrot : 1 Bowl (Chopped ) (2 medium carrot)
Onion : 1 Bowl (Chopped) (2 medium onions)
Ginger : 1pc.
Garlic : 4-6 pcs.
Green chilli : 4 pcs.
Paneer : 25gm
Wheat Pasta : 200 gm
Olive oil : 2 Tbsp.
Salt : 2 tbsp.
Tomato sauce
Green chilli sauce

Pasta in Red sauce Procedure
1)First make the pury for the pasta , take a jar put tomato , garlic , ginger , green chilli blend them make a paste.
2) Boil the pasta for 15-20 min , while bowling add few drops of oil & pinch of salt while bowling once the pasta is becomes soft strain the pasta
3) Take a pan , pour 2tbsp. of oil in a pan put onion once it becomes golden brown add other vegetable like peas ,cabbage carrot, capsicum &sweet corn (boil sweet corn 10 min) fry all vegetable by adding salt so that it cooks rapidly for 5 min on a high flame.
4) Now add paste into the vegetable and cover the lid for 10 minutes .
5) Now add boiled pasta into that mix it well add both sauces(Green chilli sauce & Tomato sauce) 1 tbsp. each add grated paneer mix them well , cook it for 2 min.
6) Serve hot juicy & healthy pasta in a bowl for your loved ones and you can also add garlic bread to have a good tatse.
