Pakode kaise banae | Best recipe for Pakode




These crispy rice pakoras are made with cooked or remaining bubbled rice. I have likewise included crisply ground cumin, coriander and carom seeds here that improves the flavor different circumstances and the smell of new coriander leaves and curry leaves makes them super tempting.









Cook Time :20 mins  



Fixings :



  • Bean stew chips: 1 tsp 
  • Fine cleaved coriander leaves: 1 tbsp 
  • Fine cleaved curry leaves: 8-10 
  • Coriander seeds: ½ tsp 
  • Cumin seeds: ½ tsp 
  • Carom seeds: ¼ tsp 
  • Fine cleaved onions: ½ container 
  • Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil for searing 
  • Bubbled rice: 2 mugs 
  • Gram flour/besan: ¾ container 



Directions :



  • Pulverize coriander, cumin and carom seeds to coarse powder. 
  • In a blending dish take bubbled rice include ground flavor powder. 
  • Include bean stew chips, coriander and curry leaves, onions, turmeric powder, gram flour and salt. 
  • Blend everything admirably. 
  • Warmth oil on medium warmth. 
  • At the point when oil is sufficiently hot drop chomp measure balls in oil. 
  • Sear them till they are brilliant dark colored and fresh. 
  • Serve them hot with coriander chutney.
