A chilled glass of Lassi to be cool & re freshening in summers.

If you want to have some dish with Lassi mint is Paneer Tikka Kathi Roll Wraps and Rolls

Punjabi Lassi Ingredients
750 gm yoghurt
50 gm ice cubes
Salt or sugar
200 ml water

 How to make Punjabi Lassi

  • Crush the ice cubes in a blender.

  • Add the yoghurt, water, salt or sugar.

  • Blend for about 1 minute. 

  • Serve chilled.

  • If you are making a namkeen lassi you can add masala like bhuna jeera and kala namak and as desired.
