POHA PAKODA 5 MIN Recipe

POHA PAKODA



  • Chudaa - 200 gm
  • Sooji- 50 gm
  • Green chilli- 4 no.s
  • Coriander- -20 gm
  • Onion- 2 no.s
  • Beans- 20 gm
  • Carrot- 2 no.s (medium size)
  • Oil- Fortune preferred ( according to need)
  • Salt- 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp





Take a bowl soak chudaa for 10 minutes in water and then strain it and let it dry for 15 minutes.
Now take a bowl mix chudaa , green chilli , coriander, onion, beans & carrot ,salt ,red chili powder , make a ball and keep it aside.

Now take sooji mix  add water little bit  , red chilli and salt in it and make thick paste.
Spread sooji batter over the balls , and deep fry it , till ball becomes golden.

Serve pakoda with green chutney or sauce.
