Famous Indian Bombay Bhel Puri INGREDIENTS
Laiyaa (200 gm)
Tarmarind (Imli)
Peanuts (Fried 50gm.)
Coriander (5 bunches)
Green chilli (10 pcs.)
Lemon (2 Lemon)
Tomato (2Pcs.) (chopped)
Ginger (01 small pc.)
Garlic cloves (05 pcs.)
Boiled potato (2 pc. chopped)
Onion Chopped ( 02 big pcs.)
Red chilli powder (01 tspn.)
Salt as required
Aloo bhujia Namkeen (10 rs. pkt.)
Famous Indian Bombay Bhel Puri Method :
Green Chutney
Take a mixer jar , cut ginger, garlic, coriander, and 5 pcs. of green chilli , add little bit water & salt, blend them well and chutney is ready.
Tarmarind Chutney
Soak tarmarind in water for 20 minutes , then mix tarmarind well in jar.
Tarmarind chutney is ready.
Bhel Puri
Take a big vessel add laiya , both chutney add chutney so that bhel absorbs the chutney .Add, potato, onion , green chilli (5 pcs.), salt , red chilli ,tomato also add aloo bhujia & peanuts mix them well now bhel is ready to serve .
Note : You can add extra ingredients as per your taste
